Prima 140 is located in west Omaha near the Oakview Mall at 140th Street and West Center Road.
The restaurant seats 150 people in the dining room (including the private room) and 25 at the bar.

Paul Braunschweiler opened Prima 140 in 1998 with a vision to continue his successful presence as one of Omaha's top restaurateurs and chefs, from the former Spanna he had owned since 1989. His fresh, creative and healthy fare continues to draw long-established patrons, as well as visitors to the City who desire a casual fine-dining experience.
At Prima 140 Bistro, it's all about comfort, and is the kind of restaurant many come to weekly for its surprisingly reasonable prices, polished casual feel, attentive service and most especially, the food.
Chef Braunschweiler reflects morning marketplace freshness and quality ingredients in every dish on the menu. Prima means "first" and "top notch" in the native Swiss-German dialect of the chef. It has served as his inspiration for Prima 140 since its very beginning.
