The Chef's inspiration for the lunch and dinner menus came from his desire to please a wide variety of patrons. You will see from the descriptions below, and from viewing our menus, Prima 140 is an unpretentious bistro with solid dishes that work!
Prima Lunch
Lunch is served from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday.
Our lunch menu exemplifies classic bistro cuisine, ranging from small plates ("tapas"), soups, salads and pastas to main-course entrees. In addition, we offer lunch "features" created each morning by the Chef. The variety and style of our lunch fare is beyond compare in the City of Omaha!

Prima Dinner
Dinner is served from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday.
Our dinner menu expands upon the lunch menu with additional offerings and slightly larger portions. Supplementing the menu, daily "specials" are a significant highlight to our evening fare!

Prima Desserts
Our desserts are nothing less than exceptional, both in taste and presentation. The Chef carefully selects delicacies which can finish a meal in grand style! Many of our desserts are personally made by Chef Braunschweiler and often highlight seasonal fruit that is hand-selected for its flavor and texture. The dessert case in the restaurant is brimming with beautiful cakes, pastries and tartlets. Lunch or dinner would not be complete without one of our premier desserts!
Prima Wine List
The wine list at Prima 140 offers a wide selection of affordable to high-end wines that complement our menus. We offer a variety of wines by the glass and many more by the bottle.

In addition to our wine list, we offer a nice selection of beers, ports, cordials and liqueurs. Of course, cappuccino, espresso, lattes, coffee, iced-tea, a selection of hot teas, bottled water and soft drinks are available.
